| Penguin Marine was concieved in Greece in the eighties
by former merchant navy captain Phil Hooper, who had
acquired many years of expertise in refrigeration and air-
conditioning running charter yacht bases and small cruise
ships both in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. |
